Kielbasa

A kielbasa is a polish sausage. The word has two possible origins, it can mean kulbasti, “grilled cutlet,” literally “pressed on the ashes” from the Turkish language.  Or it could come from Hebrew and mean kolbasar “all kinds of meat.”
